Payment

We accept PayPal. Also, choosing Paypal method allows you to pay via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Items will be shipped when we'll get the payment.

Shipping

All domestic items are shipped by USPS Standard Mail . International items are shipped by USPS and will take 2 weeks or more to arrive at their destination.
Items already made will ship with in 1-5 days of the order, custom items take approximately 2 weeks to ship.
We ship daily Monday-Friday

We professionally wrap your items to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. We always send our items carefully packed in bubble wrap for secure shipping - it's the best way to protect them.
We ship the item to the address mentioned on your order receipt, so please make sure it is your address. If you want the package be shipped to the other address, please let us know the new address.
- Note: If you need expedited postal service, please contact us for BEFORE making your purchase.
​Refunds and Exchanges
Kyria Creativity is confident you'll be happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not, we will gladly fully refund you once the item is returned. Item must be returned within 3-5 days of receipt.

The following conditions apply:

* The item must be mailed to us within 3 days of notification.
* The item must be returned via USPS in its original packaging, insured for the full purchase price with delivery confirmation.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* The item must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable!
